Roles and Responsibilities:

Convert leads into clients through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
Conduct consultations to understand clients' vision, budget, and preferences.
Develop customized wedding packages and proposals to meet client needs.
Manage and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
Plan and execute weddings from concept to completion, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Negotiate and collaborate with vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, etc.) for best pricing and quality.
Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering value to clients.
Lead and coordinate a team of event staff to ensure seamless execution.
Manage venue bookings and logistics, ensuring all regulatory compliance is met.
Provide creative direction on themes, aesthetics, and event design.
Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all activities adhere to the schedule.
Supervise events on-site, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct post-event follow-ups for feedback and long-term client retention.
Stay updated on wedding trends and market conditions specific to Goa.
Track and report sales conversions, client feedback, and event performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in wedding or event planning.
Strong client relationship and sales skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage budgets effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends and manage multiple events simultaneously.
5+ Years of experience in wedding planning

Preferred Skills:

Experience in luxury wedding planning or event management industries.
Established network within the hospitality and event sectors.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Lead day to day financial operations, including for India and US Company.
● Financial operations to include vendor management (payments & proper GST collection), revenue assurance (invoicing, collections and receivables management).
● Responsible for managing the entire accounting, statutory filings and MIS reports of the Company.
● Prepare financial statements, BRS and other MIS reports monthly, quarterly and annually.

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with prior experience in the Accounts/Finance department.
● 2 - 4 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Audit, Taxation.
● Expertise in financial accounting, reporting, statutory filings, making MIS reports and taxation.
● Excellent clarity of Accounting principles and Revenue Recognition concepts.
● Worked in a high growth environment and independently handled complex projects with a result driven approach.
● Proficiency in Accounting softwares eg. Zoho, Tally, Quickbooks.
● Excellent grasp of month end closure reports, making financial statements and Payroll processing.
● Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
● Experience of knowledge in Transfer pricing and US GAAP accounting is a plus.
● Expertise of working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Google Sheets.
● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Wedding Expert, you are responsible for

Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.
Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers etc. As an ideal candidate, you should be obtaining quotes from vendors and maintaining a good relationship with them
Identifying client’s needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.
Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry
Achieving sales targets
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Build & maintain strong client & business relationships

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related ﬁeld.
2+ years experience in Wedding sales, planning or execution.
Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: INR 5 - 6 LPA + Additional Incentives
