Pensive and wistful
I awaited your arrival
Looking for a sign
A faint hum of shehnai
Gave me the message
You have come.
Neha and Praveen are some of the cutest couples we came across during our wedding planning ventures. They wanted a simple and elegant wedding ceremony that portrayed their affectionate chemistry. “I will be wearing pink for the jaimala ceremony,” said Neha enthusiastically. That’s what led us to set up a serene wedding scene basking in pink and white flowers.
Their wedding was a two-day affair. This meant that we had only 24 hours between the Haldi and Engagement ceremony to change the themed decors. However, we were passionate about delivering the best to this couple and we did succeed!
On the Haldi day, our skilled decorators made a handcrafted pandal of mango leaves. The bride sat under it; ready to be bathed in holy water, turmeric, and scented oils. We created a lovely marigold vista where the bride and groom took the blessings of Lord Balaji.
The events on the wedding day went as smoothly as the shehnai’s music. With the grace of the divine, they first exchanged rings. The marriage was official as we fulfilled the couple’s wishes of propping flower garlands on each other in a rosy enclosure.
