Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before using the website [theweddingcompany.com] operated by The Wedding Company ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Services
The Wedding Company provides end-to-end wedding planning services. Our services may include, but are not limited to, venue booking, catering, decor, photography and other wedding-related services.
2. Bookings and Payments
We take the initial booking deposit (INR 4,999 / INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) as per your wedding budget to secure your wedding date and allow us to begin the planning process. Within 30 minutes of payment, we will send you an invoice/contract.
All payments for services are to be collected 15 days before the event. Payment terms for services may vary with the policy of the vendor or venue that client choses.
3. Cancellation and Refund
Domestic Wedding (Eg. you’re from Delhi, want wedding in Delhi)
The initial booking deposit of INR 4,999 is non-refundable.
All other booking deposits (INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) are refundable within 14 days if we fail to meet none of the conditions mentioned in the proposal - Upto 2 proposals with 3-4 venue suggestions & 1 assisted venue recce in any 1 city
Destination Wedding (Eg. you’re from Delhi, want wedding in Goa)
Your initial booking deposit (INR 4,999 / INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) is refundable only until one venue recce (venue visit assisted by us). After that, we will not be able to refund any booking amount.
For cancelling of the booking & getting the refund amount, you can contact us via any of the following ways:

- Message on the WhatsApp Group created by us for the communication with you
Once we receive the cancellation request, we will verify the reason for the same. If you’re requesting a cancellation because
- Your wedding is cancelled
- Your wedding is postponed
- Your wedding city has been changed (to a non-serviceable city)
We have promised some service but were unable to fulfill your request
We will refund your booking amount, as per the terms mentioned in the refund policy, to your original source of payment within 7 business days.
- Cancellation & refund policy of service related payments may vary for each service aligned with the policy guidelines from vendor/venue. Cancellation fee may apply depending on the vendor/venue that client may choose.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for planning and executing the event.
4.2. Clients must adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deadlines for decisions and payments.
4.3. Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages caused to venues or equipment.
5. Liability
5.1. The Wedding Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
5.2. We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Wedding Company retains all rights to any designs, plans, or concepts created for your event.
6.2. We reserve the right to use photographs or videos from your event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at privacy policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide prior notice to any new terms taking effect.
