Refund Policy

At The Wedding Company, we strive to provide the highest quality wedding planning services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

1. Bookings & Payment

We take the initial booking deposit (INR 4,999 / INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) as per your wedding budget to secure your wedding date and allow us to begin the planning process. Within 24 hours of payment, we will send you an invoice/contract.

2. Cancellation and Refund

Domestic Wedding (Eg. you’re from Delhi, want wedding in Delhi)

The initial booking deposit of INR 4999 is non-refundable.

All other booking deposits (INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) are refundable within 14 days if we fail to meet none of the conditions mentioned in the proposal - Upto 2 proposals with 3-4 venue suggestions & 1 assisted venue recce in any 1 city

Destination Wedding (Eg. you’re from Delhi, want wedding in Goa)

Your initial booking deposit (INR 4,999 / INR 9,999 / INR 14,999 / INR 24,999) is refundable only until one venue recce (venue visit assisted by us). After that, we will not be able to refund any booking amount.

For cancelling of the booking & getting the refund amount, you can contact us via any of the following ways:

- Call us on 08071176661
- Message on the WhatsApp Group created by us for the communication with you

Once we receive the cancellation request, we will verify the reason for the same. If you’re requesting a cancellation because
- Your wedding is cancelled
- Your wedding is postponed
- Your wedding city has been changed (to a non-serviceable city)
- We have promised some service but were unable to fulfil

We will refund your booking amount, as per the terms mentioned in the refund policy, to your original source of payment within 7 business days.

3. Service Modifications:
- If you need to modify services, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for service modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Vendor Payments:
 - Any payments made to third-party vendors are subject to the individual vendor's refund policies.

5. Dissatisfaction:
- If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve any issues. Refunds for dissatisfaction will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
